About Connie

Hello All! My name is Connie Lau and I'm this year's Area 2 Director! I'm a junior at Castro Valley High School and Interact has won over my heart. I have been in interact since my freshman year, and I fell in love with it after going to my first event! I'm deeply infatuated with helping others and making people smile. I'm known as that creep that makes ugly faces, screams a lot, and jumps around like a wild monkey. I have some mad love for my PLATINUM PANTHERS! I live by my own motto, "I like what I do, I do what I like." What do I like? Well actually, I love making people smile, laugh, and helping. I hope to be an inspiration to anyone out there that thinks that they can only do a little. Everything you do will be seen and appreciated by others, so please remember that YOU make an impact in the world. Aside from all that official business, as a student, I'm pretty involved with a lot of other things. I'm passionately in love with tennis, badminton, singing, and dancing. I like to eat a lot and watch America's Best Dance Crew! I work with the police to help stop people from selling tobacco to minors, and I enjoy painting and drawing.
